What is the common problem for most executives?

Life is livingness. There can be numerous problems that could put any executive in trouble. One of the common problems is that the executive cannot reach, or confront to get his communication across so he can get what he intends to have.

To get things done, one needs to communicate well what one intends to have. It’s also true in his any other activities besides his own career. Good communication can exercise good control with clear start, change and stop for any activity involved.

Facing with decreasing learning rate of the workforce, it could easily multiply the problems of communication that slow down the speed of the production and delivery of the products or services of the company. In other words, not only any executive needs to raise his confront and improve his communication skills, but also increase the learning rate of the staff of the company so his order can be duplicated, understood and executed.

To judge a person how good his communication is, you can use the time from when you ask the question and the time he could be able to answer your question. The more time the person needs to answer you back, the poorer shape the person is, and therefore the less efficient on his job duties.

At the same time, it is ironical to say that communication can give you what you have but also can give you trouble if you communicate wrongly or incorrectly. In fact, there are a lot to learn about communication. If one can master his communication, he will not be far way off from his own ideal scene.
